Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A quoted price is fixed and agreed before the journey. We confirm every booking directly with you.

Payment

Payment is made on the day by card, cash or bank transfer. No payment is taken online.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking so we can help and free up the vehicle for others.

Our service

We aim to arrive early and monitor flights in real time. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather or road closures, but we will always do our best to get you there.

Licensing

Dronfield Premier Travel operates under North East Derbyshire Private Hire Operator Licence 26/00446/TXOP. All vehicles are fully insured and drivers are DBS checked.

Conduct

We ask that passengers treat the vehicle and driver with respect. We reserve the right to decline carriage where behaviour is unsafe or unlawful.
